Well, 2011 is here and it is getting exciting!!! Desert Sands is a great program. Can't wait to enjoy the Marching Chargers at their 1st competition in September. It will be here before we know it.
Today is the last day of the 2011 Band Camp and I know our young adults have been working to the max. There is no other way, if you are a "Marching Charger". Mr. Cottrell and his assistants are doing a splendid job, as usual. Everyone appreciates the hard work and many hours each of them have put forth.
By the time many of you read this post, we will have already had our 2011 Marching Charger "Preview Night" and picnic. We want to welcome the 1st year students and families. You will soon realize that "Once a Marching Charger" - "Always a Marching Charger". We have many families who keep coming back to enjoy the program year after year. We encourage everyone to do the same.
